Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling various areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
